We are looking for fluent Swedish speakers to become part of our client – answering calls, emails support, and chat.
The project company is the world’s largest online wine marketplace, powered by a community of millions of wine drinkers who use the application to scan and rate more than 5000,000 wines every single day.
Through the company users discover and purchase wine based on their individual scanning, rating and purchase behavior and community recommendations.

. Strong in communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
. Able to pick up new technology quickly
. Native Swedish (mandatory);
. English as a 2nd language
. Availability to work 8 hours/ day, 40 hours/ week, rotating shifts (between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Sunday)
. Interest in wine & the wine industry – a huge plus of course!
. For non-EU applicants it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit
. Performing follow-up actions to assist customers requirements
. CRM and ticketing platforms (i.e. Zendesk, Helpshift, Salesforce or other similar)
. B2C & B2B customer service knowledge
